1. Using AngelX

AngelX provides a platform to exchange USDT for Indian Rupees. You must be of legal age and use the platform in line with applicable laws. You are responsible for the security of your account and login details.

2. Transactions

Deposits and sell orders are processed after verification. You are responsible for sending USDT on the correct network and to the correct address. Transfers sent to the wrong network or address cannot be recovered.

3. Rates and fees

Exchange rates are shown before you confirm any order. Rates may change based on market conditions and our tiered pricing policy. Any applicable fees are displayed before you confirm.

4. Payouts

INR payouts are sent to the bank account you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your bank details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details or third-party banking systems.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use AngelX for any unlawful activity, including fraud or money laundering. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable regulations.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
